Thank you for loyally continuing to visit TMB regularly particularly when it seems nothing is happening.

Nothing could be farther from the truth much, as the civil servant clerks at TPO, TPR, to hardly mention Lancashire’s very own criminally corrupt Fire Authority leader CC ‘Frankie’ and c~Warren, would wish it.

As you are aware the Bugler moved back home to Ireland after 55 years in England because that which was admirable all those years ago either no longer exists, or is so diminished in stature as to be to non-existence, or is simply no longer admirable.

The terminal decline of the British Empire is like all Empires which historically always decline into corruption and political mayhem a malaise which continues in the UK namely ~ Brexit.

Moving across the strip of the Irish Sea as you might expect has taken quite an effort in what was effectively a solo effort because at the end of the day as Firefighters well know if you want a job doing properly then it is roll the old sleeves up and get stuck in yourself.

So now in what modestly can be described as summer ’19 and with the Bugler’s planted flowers growing amazingly and profusely ~ Mother Nature can it seems deal with the most inept ‘gardener’ ~ and with the reseeded and fertilised lawns showing their 40 shades of green it is time to leave the bees in their ‘bee laden glade’ and ‘Get to Work!’.

Paralleling all this continuum, but out of sight, the Pension war has now reached and surpassed its 11^th anniversary and continues to march relentlessly on as the In-Service Firefighters(ISFF), have now joined the marching column driven there by the continuing fraudulent antics of ‘Frankie’ the Chair of the LCFAuthority, his controlling masters, the Freemasons, and their obsequious clerk Warren who now has the temerity to attack the accruing ISFF’s pensionable salaries.

However, to move progress and answer the question… ‘Now where were we?’… the Bugler suggests before you begin, it might be helpful to go back and quickly scan read ‘Current Affairs Volumes 23;25;26; 29;30 as a brief up.Go Here.

 There is much to report but the principle thrust of this new offensive is to bring the Reader in step with pension issues as they actually happen, in effect in ‘live time’.

Until now the Bugler and his ‘trusty band’ have always been on the back foot reacting to the activities of those who oppose our Journey for Justice.

But that is about to change as the ‘trusty band ‘ seizes the initiative whilst demonstrating and confirming just how corrupt certain of the civil servant clerks and their leaders at TPO and TPR really are.

They just keep pumping out the helpful evidence of their lawlessness to us and the world to see and confirm just how the corrupt British Establishment ‘works’.

The Bugler will now expose, to those who are interested and wish to learn whether or not their existing pensions, and those currently accruing their pensions for their ‘green pastures’, are indeed in trustworthy hands, or not?

If the answer is NO then whether each of these distinctive groups of pension holders/accruers might be minded to do something radical about their personal pensions?

Because as the Bugler will demonstrate with actual cases lying before TPO/TPR, their civil servants and before the W&P Select Committee, i.e., the government, as a continuing example of systemic and institutionalised corruption, which in spite of wooing  or coercing the UK work force to join pensions schemes, are collectively in fact working only for the good of the pension ‘industry’ and its investors in the City of London to the perpetual detriment of all pensioners, if these examples are anything to judge by.

But there is a legislative answer to all this fraudulent criminality, for all to see, already in pensioners hands were they but to realise it, namely legislative changes, with liberalisation  of what you may do with your pension pot on the basis of …have pension will travel… which ultimately involves the acquisition of a rare metal called Gold or indeed the rarer, Platinum.

The bottom line is the fact that none of these organisations which allegedly protect, handle, or ‘(mis)manage’ our investment worth, our pensions,  are worthy of our trust and more importantly our money.

Given the French nation’s historical embracing of the Revolutionary spirit and their perpetual resistance and distrust of French bureaucracy it is hardly surprising that the French poilus have an irresistible and enduring infatuation with acquiring Gold which allegorically they keep ‘under their beds’.

An ever unrequited love affair which is usually described by foreigners as being hidden treasure but the French are not as simple as many fellow Europeans might wish they were.

Perhaps they are smarter than many would have us believe? Otherwise one must ask why they do it?

So how would one do this and is it all legal?

It is of course legal and since the recent legislative  ‘empowerment’ of all pension holders the legal facilities/procedures are all available to cash in a pension.

However, such empowerment should be used with care and of course a wise man should make haste slowly, and ought to consider that in the pension and  metal market of the City of London and elsewhere, no one works for nothing, and fees are regularly taken from all investments at source before encashment, whether in total or part, so caveat emptor is the rule for survival…

The Bugler has worked on the briefest of research and acquired information proffered by those enthusiasts(excluding himself) who may have  precious metals ‘under their beds’.

It has been suggested that by far the best way to buy gold/precious metals is via ‘BullionVault’(BV) and it was suggested to the Bugler that he might put a referral link on The Morning Bugler website which would generate 25% commission on transactions.

As you might expect if we reach the point where we all have such ‘fish to fry’ then I would seriously consider doing this but in the meantime simply go to ‘BullionVault’ (note the spelling) on the Internet.

It seems it is all very easy to do and operate. There is every conceivable question answered in ‘Help’ section and from advised experience it seems they have a first rate phone service with advice readily available; another source of information is ‘Gold News’ and a randomly acquired guide is to be found…Go Here.

All that seems to be required is that one must open an account (username, passwords etc, validate with e-mailed copy of passport, or DL and Photo (all about avoiding money laundering), then fund your account to buy the precious Gold.

It is possible to buy as little as 1gm, about £35 worth, and one important point to remember is that BV for example will only send any proceeds of sale to the same bank account used to fund it during the initial purchase.   

It is possible to save/buy a little every month based on a monthly savings scheme. Also it is possible to buy and have coin delivered which is the expensive way to do it but in compensation at least the gold is in your pocket, or under your bed!

Your account is also audited daily under your own PIN number(Queens Award to Industry etc) all of which seems highly regarded and the Golden rule as ever being to buy low and sell high…  

So are others taking this route to dabble in the marketplace? It does seem so judging by these official statistics/comments from the FCA :

“Over-55s are transferring out of their “final salary” pensions at a rate of 100,000 a year in an exodus City watchdog the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has branded “deeply concerning” as it seeks to halt the tide.

FCA data confirmed freedoms that have allowed savers in defined benefit, or “final salary”, schemes to take their pension as a lump sum, rather than an income, have been wildly popular since revolutionary reforms took effect in 2015.

Almost a quarter of a million people transferred to a more flexible pension in the three years to September 2018, with each saver gaining in the process…”.

Perhaps having had the experienced the Bugler and many others have experienced in the ‘rip tide’ of rapidly diminishing confidence in the TPR and TPO  government agencies set up primarily to protect our pensions and undoubtedly spectacularly failing in the task the option and attraction of buying gold increases by the day.

At least the control of your pension investment will be in  your hands and not some unqualified clerk

Time and tide waits for no man which of course includes W&PSelCom where the politicians are regularly changed by their Party(if they have one) which is now reflected  in its  current composition which includes, Independent Members, Conservatives, Labour, and one SNP.

The balance of voting power at the moment is held by the Independents which usually is of benefit to the Electorate, or perhaps it should be to us, so we may continue to travel hopefully… Go Here.

W&PSelCom is under the continuing Chairmanship of Mr. Frank Field D.L.,M.P., the all Party elected, and respected Chair in the House.

But the Bugler is bound to ask is respect from Parliament enough or is respect from the Electorate more important, in particular disabled FSVs and their Beneficiaries, who continue to press for Justice as the country staggers towards a General Election?

‘Respect’ is all fine and dandy  but Results, one would have thought, are more praiseworthy, particularly when ‘grasping the nettle’ provided to this Committee, at its request, of a 77 page dossier in December of 2017.

This was a conflated record of the criminal activities of the LFRS Pension Providers in cohort with the those who are meant to defend pensions and pensioners at the TPO and the TPR but who perversely and positively decided to do nothing about it. 

Perhaps, optimistically, this might have a provided another nail in Titcomb’s career coffin which ultimately led to her ignominious departure as usual cloaked in the ritualistic cloying sickly words of ‘thanks’ expressed by her bosses who nevertheless were politically pressurised into sacking her.
Can anyone member her ritualistic great promises when she arrived such a short time ago? Another nonentity who just came and went contributing nothing.

Trump, a rather odd US leader, would no doubt have got to the point quicker without so much sickening Whitehall faux posturing and wringing of hands whilst wielding the dagger in Titcomb’s back as usual, which we might for once add was richly deserved.

Disappointingly Mr. Field in possession of this 77 page dossier then declined in rather smooth replies to the Bugler to engage when invited to do so.

We are tiresomely made aware that W&P SelCom cannot deal with individual pension complaints but when a dossier is presented which highlight institutionalised corruption, venality, and criminality, in matters pension one would have thought that the Committee(all supplied with individual copies)  might have taken the trouble to read it and then continue to call to account those named and shamed in it because surely this we know is entirely the remit of W&P SelCom.
Otherwise why do they continue to exist?

This is all the more disappointing because one assumes that if the House was made aware of this national scandal which was Mr. Field’s duty to inform the Members so, they would have the reasonable expectation that a failing Mr. Field would be expected to do something about it?

A failure which is now over 18 months old.

But Mr. Field, need not fret about such matters, because he has a second opportunity to repair his integrity presented to him lately by disabled FSV-FG and his pro bono barrister.

Because disabled FSV-FG, and once more, Mr. John. M. Copplestone-Bruce, his concerned pro bono barrister, have placed a second Letter of Disquiet once more in Mr. Field’s In-Tray with an augmenting Appendix of more criminality generously provided by interaction with the TPO/LFRS and its motely crews of civil servants.

Activities which continue to underpin, expand, and highlight their criminal activities contained in the original report of ‘Information’ the Committee asked for in December 2017 within TPO and TPR for which Mr.Field bears direct responsibility to Parliament.

Mr. Field did however have the courtesy, unlike the sacked Titcomb(TPR) and Arter(TPO), to reply to Barrister Mr. John. M. Copplestone-Bruce’s first ‘Letter of Concern’ in even smoother words but with the same institutionalised disinterest.

Perhaps being cynical the disabled FSV’s and their Beneficiaries, including their Widows, do not have the same  media head lining pulling clout for the W&PSelCom, and Mr. Field in particular, that the many rogues traders in the High Street have?

But in continuing the theme of cynicism this Committee ought to be reminded that at the ballot box thousands Firefighters across the nation, Readers of The Morning Bugler, and in particular those within the constituencies of the Members of W&PSelCom have the ability to place the long finger ‘X’ on these MP’s ballot papers shortly?

It will be interesting to see how Mr. Field reacts to Mr. John. M. Copplestone-Bruce’s second  ‘Letter of Concern’ expressing his continuing  disquiet about this Public scandal particularly the plight of these Widows who seem of such little concern to the Committee…

A close look at the current politicians on the W&PSelCom indicates that they are by and large an above average intelligent group of politicians, who generically are not usually associated with the word ‘intelligent’; confirmed as we watch up close in Parliament lately which is less than inspiring as MPs slobber over their personal ambition to the Electorate’s complete repugnant repudiation and dismay.

This current membership now includes a barrister Mrs Anna Soubry M.P., a political heavyweight who should in briefing herself up on pensions law have little difficulty in understanding the legal ‘art’ which Mr. John. M. Copplestone-Bruce has presented in his ‘Letters of Disquiet’ which accompanied disabled FSV-FG’s original full Complaint correspondence to TPO.

And which in rebuttal of his TPO’s rejecting ‘opinion’ now includes an Appendix which is yet another and additional  critique  of TPO/TPR/LFRS to update and to enhance the original ‘Information’ dossier sent to Mr. Field(to 109 pages in total) at his request in December 2107 and , once more, in recirculation in its entirety to all individual Members on this(updated) Committee.

One has to ask just how much evidence(smoking guns) does the W&P SelCom need to have to get it collective responsibility in gear?

• A ‘Competent Court’ or just clerks at TPO?

• Meanwhile back at ‘Toad Hall’;

• The LFRS new ‘shy’ solicitor Howell;
