If the Bugler has to explain the point he was making in his Editorial 056 to those he has been dealing with for the past 16 years they are indeed profoundly lacking in intellectual rigor because it is in Dublin Ireland, a foreign independent sovereign State within Europe and its European Treaties, wherein lies the resources to be drawn upon by the Bugler in the final Stage of this ‘Great Game’ of UK State Fraud.

The ‘Game’ is now well advanced beyond the reach of the corrupt conspiracies of the UK ; its MI5/BT with its out of control deranged leader McCallum; its Freemason ‘family’ members inserted in key power ‘interference/interception/controlling roles’ within the Civil Service, particularly within a so called ‘independent’ Judiciary.
Taken in the collective it has to be said of them all, that when a very young Bugler was learning to use a scythe on the farm an old farmer said … “the thicker the grass is me boyo the easier it is to scythe”.

It is a fact there are 47 Judges  sworn into the ECHR Court  at Strasbourg France from 46 sovereign states, only 1 of whom Judge Tim Eicke [born in Germany of Scottish ancestry] who represents the UK with of course his carefully controlled and policed small coterie of UK supplied Civil Servants within a suspicious and vigilant ECHR Registry thus answering the question is the UK a current Member of the European Court of Human Rights?

Judge Eicke, a fluent German speaker, is not known to have any UK Political Party affiliations and was selected by ECHR Judges and Politicians using a secret ballot ?

The European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) is an International Treaty between the 46 States of the Council of Europe. The United Kingdom ironically was one of the States that drafted the ECHR and was one of the first States to ratify it in 1951. The Convention came into force in 1953 and today remains so, contrary to any groundless views expressed by  ignorant UK manipulative politicians that this position has altered with the advent of a disastrous ultra right wing ‘Brexit’. It has not.

A view from a European friend Mr Gisle Kvanvig, Norwegian Project Manager ~ International Department  from the Centre for Human Rights who stated … “The law has affected the UK’s credibility on the world stage, which was previously hit by Brexit”.

“Brexit was one issue, but also the lead up to Brexit, and then the years following… the current government and the different policies, the way that it looks from the outside; it looks, somehow, chaotic, but it is also posing questions about its credibility internationally”.

All of the foregoing demonstrates that unlike the shameless English Judiciary controlled by corrupt [in government] politicians the Bugler believes that win or lose the legal facts will speak for themselves and that we will have a Fair and Just  Hearing before the Strasbourg Court with the application of the principle of ‘no punishment without law’.

The Bugler and those he represents seek no unfair advantage but we have repeatedly been denied our Human Right to Justice in the most ill-disguised blatant corruption of English Jurisprudence in its history by the repeated denial, without formal Judgment ‘in due process’  of a Fair Trial under Article 6 of  ECHR to which as we know England remains a ‘Treaty Bound’ current active signatory.

And so having breached our Trust, our Patience, and our profound belief that Honesty and Decency could still be found even at this 11^th hour we seek leave to be relieved of all this malignant sophistry and take our Trust to the ECHR at the Strasbourg Court of France.

One assumes that she will implement her own words by having many of her colleagues who the Bugler knows to be involved in this criminality, including PM Sunak, arrested for Criminal Fraud, or Conspiracy to Commit a Criminal Fraud.

Though Braverman might have her own defence in that in a recent unattributed comment in the national media the Lady has been described as “unhinged” by one of her own Cabinet colleagues who seemed to indicate that Braveman’s slavering ambition to ‘unhorse’ Sunak has taken possession of her mind…rather similar to Dr.Coffey PC PhD MP another Cabinet Minister who desired Truss’s ejection and vacancy but failed to succeed.

A simple Question the British Public will repeatedly ask when the storm breaks is ~ Who knew what and when and what did they do about this scandalous State Fraud? The Bugler’s Recorded Delivery mailing list reveals all.

It should be noted that unlike her Leader Ms.Rayner was appointed to her position by the Rank and File of the Labour Party by ballot a notable and deserving vote of confidence in a person who has all the qualities to be a natural Leader of the Labour Party.

Without being in any manner disrespectful Ms.Rayner confirms the point that natural intelligence has nothing whatever to do with Eaton education or silver spoons in the mouth which is far outweighed by natural political nous and experience on the hard streets.

The Bugler wrote to Ms.Rayner during the conception of the Special Letters which at that time were in Draft and which is of this date now published for immediate download. So my earlier extensive letter to Ms. Rayner was to provide a ‘Flag Up’ to Starmer that an opportunity to serve us both was being laid at his clay feet as it transpired.

The Bugler was appreciative of the courtesy of Ms. Rayner’s acknowledgement of receipt  and the Bugler was hopeful  that when she passed his correspondence to Starmer that his action might follow, but it was not to be . 

Clearly Starmer in his smug autocracy, which continues, confidently anticipates that he will have a shoo in to Premiership, but life does not work that way.

It seems to have eluded him that the supremely successful Leader of  the Labour Party, regardless of how one might question his values, remains Sir Tony Blair, a 3 times winner.

Thankfully Starmer seems not to have observed that 3 ‘old hands’ have been inserted into the senior management of the Party of which Hilary Benn is an examplar supreme.

Nothing beats experience of which neither Sunak nor Starmer have little or none…

So I encourage Ms Rayner to ignore the doomsayers and mindless critics and plough on and download the ‘Bundle’ which is freely available, and encourage herself and Mr. Benn to read and recognise the opportunities it offers in the short time that lies ahead to gain substantial uncommitted Labour Voters.

Without doubt Starmer has to go and proper leadership is required for a multi talented Labour Front bench to be given its opportunity because nothing is certain except starting a period in office with a £5+Billion overdue pension bill, a legacy from the Conservatives, which will require the support in resolution, of 11,000 aggrieved disabled Firefighter pensioners and their 30,000 Beneficiaries who may well decide not to vote Labour.

The months of June and July prior to the Parliamentary Summer Recess are always busy months and it was on the 21st June 2023 that the Bugler wrote a penultimate Special Letter [one of a series] to Prime Minister Sunak prompted by the publishing of Bannerman’s splendid treatise on Criminal Fraud and the firm legal structures and actions she proposes to implement.

On the 7th July 2023 the ultimate Special Letter, an open letter to Parliament, the House of Lords, and the Sovereign,  was sent to the Leader of the House the Rt Hon Ms. Penny Mordaunt PC MP to H.M. King Charles III exercising a Citizen’s Prerogative to Petition the Sovereign.

It is to be noted that Ms Mordaunt MP carries the Post Nominals after her name of PC. She is the leading Member of the Privy Council and President of the Privy Council who has a special duty to the Sovereign which is to inform him of all serious matters [including Petitions from his Subjects] which impact on his Kingdom.
Did Ms.Mordaunt PC MP carry out, to the letter, her sworn duty to the Sovereign? If so, where is the acknowledgement?

McCallum from Glasgow is the Director General of the Security Service [colloquially known as MI5]. It seems on the face of it that McCallum has assumed that he is beyond governmental control and thus beyond the Common Law.

He would be well advised to pause and reflect that if the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police  can arrange for a Warrant to be executed against former Prime Minister Johnston there seem to be little encumbrance why such a a Warrant could not be executed against himself and/or his Civil Service colleagues, in particular Mr.Shave?

In this matter as in many others  McCallum demonstrates a breathtaking naivety and immaturity which is hard to contemplate in one holding such an important State Security role.

If it was claimed, and is evidentially and honestly supported by any of these ‘principals’ that they had not received these Special Letters then such a claim, given McCallum’s self evident ‘presence’ in this State scandal, would focus the light of any Inquiry on his unlawful actions, and those he controls and directs, and of course such a verified claim would automatically impeach McCallum as Head of MI5.

As matter have now progressed. Those circulated by the Bugler and others with these ‘Special Letters’ are currently downloading copies of the ‘Legal Bundle’ from the TMB Library thus unequivocally supporting the conviction that these letters were never received by the recipients in the first place, due to Mr. Mr.Callum’s unlawful interference with their transmission.

Thus proving the point that he has without the recourse to Common Law, failed to obtain a Warrant[s] signed by the Secretary of State [usually the Home Secretary] where they are both satisfied it was necessary and proportionate and the Warrant must be approved by a Judicial Commissioner.
Warrants, copies of which, with prima facie evidence, McCallum will have to produce personally before an

Inquiry because no offence or conviction of the Bugler, or those he represents against the State, has ever been issued, proven, and  published resulting from Criminal Court proceedings.

As a consequence of McCallum’s unauthorised actions he instructed the interception and destruction of Recorded Delivery Royal Mail contrary to the Postal Services Act 2000 and authorised telephonic interceptions [to date] by a non Crown Agency, namely British Telecom. The actions of his Mr Shave at the PAC Select Committee is a recorded ‘brass necked’ example.

Allied with the interception of privileged communications,  sent to Elected Members of Parliament, the House of Lords, their Select Committees, and indeed to the Sovereign of the State, HM King Charles III such acts are seditious acts which remain on the Statute Book as a treasonable offence.

No one is above the Law and let us not forget that this purported material was not in any manner seditious but involved simply reporting Criminal Fraud of  defrauding harmless 11,000 disabled Firefighters and their 30,000 Beneficiaries of their due pensions since 1992, commencing with reports to Lancashire Constabulary and Police & Crime Commissioner in 2006 ~ to date. 

If the Metropolitan Police Commissioner can have the Prime Minister of the day arrested who then is above the Law?
The old question arises…

“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes…”
who guards the guardians?

Can Interpol arrest McCallum and his BT Chums for wire tapping an EU Citizen’s telephonic communications bearing mind the Bugler is also an EU Citizen living in part of the EU in northern Ireland?

McCallum exhibits tendencies of the power crazed which requires the necessary application of extensive supervision, control, and accountability placed on him for his actions and if he finds that an intrusion on his ‘out-of-control’ power then simply sack him, or lock him up, after ‘due process’.

The 347 page ‘bundle’ is a complete narrative of events including a compendium of authors’ work from the beginning in 2006 in particular including:

A principal 203 page Section of Barrister Mr.John Copplestones’s professional legal work of Court Papers to be found in “Appendix ‘C’ “, entitled ~ “An ‘Extraordinary Appeal’ to the Supreme Court”. …at Page 82.” which initiated a bizarre response from the Registrar Louise de Mambro MBE, or was it from Lord Reed President of the Court?

“Appendix ‘D’, entitled ~ “A Report Requested by the Labour Chair of the PAC Select Committee Dame Megan Hillier OBE MP.. …Page 83, which Mr.McCallum[MI5] and his assistant Mr.Shave [for a transient time ’employed’ at PAC] who repeatedly intercepted and shredded the Bugler’s documentation even though extraordinary measure were taken to deliver this Report by hand to Dame Meg Hillier OBE the PAC Chair directly who in the event never responded.

Prime Minister R Sunak’s with its prefixed Special Letter includes the  full copy of the actual ‘bundle’ sent to him on DVD.
The Sovereign’s prefixed Special Letter also included the full actual ‘bundle’ sent on DVD to the Leader of the House Ms.P.Mordaunt PC for onward transmission to the Sovereign. Neither acknowledged nor responded.
