In early September the BBC ran a series of news programmes about the plight of 135,000 women whose State Pensions have been underpaid.

The DWP in the person of Secretary of State Dr. T. Coffey PhD, PC stated that these women would be paid. The first but not the last problem is that 40,000 have now died. Thus confirming the existence of these secret government’s policies of  “Withering on the Vine” coupled with “Winnowing by Death”.

Of course these victims took the government to Court and when they reached the Court of Appeal on their way, if needs be to the Supreme Court, they were refused leave to Appeal by a pliable Master of the Rolls Sir Geoffrey Vos and the President of the Supreme Court Baron Reed using the old ‘single(corrupt Diplock) Justice trick’ , doing their mistress Coffey’s bidding; so much for an ‘independent’ Judiciary.

Now where did we hear all this before?

Dame Meg Hillier DBE Chair of the all-powerful Parliamentary Public Accounts Select Committee said the “DWP had questions to answer…” not for the first time she added and called for a televised Public Inquiry on Thursday 28^th October 2021 at 10:00Hrs ~ until midday or thereabouts.

Following the briefest of correspondence the Bugler was invited to present evidence of the similar disabled FSVs case which was accomplished by lodging a synoptic 59 page dossier of evidence(2000+ pages) on Monday 25^th October 2021 to the Committee. A dossier to be published post commencement of the Inquiry on Thursday the 28th October 2021.

Secretary of State Coffey and the DWP have an overriding Statutory duty to ensure that all UK Pension Schemes are run in full compliance with the Law including audit and budgetary balances.

It is to be noted that 135,000 women State Pension recipients have been underpaid for years; it is also to be noted that their ranks will include the Widows/Partners of  disabled FSVs (including the impact on their Beneficiaries) who are already being underpaid their ‘Widows Half’ pensions by up to 50%.

How many times are these FSV Widows and Beneficiaries to be short changed?

Secretary of State Coffey in attempting to hide these ‘errors’ of underpayment, of which she was and is entirely aware, has once more in complicity with the Master of the Rolls Sir Geoffrey Vos and the President of the Supreme Court Baron Reed and yet again using the ‘single(corrupt Diplock) Justice Trick’ perverted the course of Justice resulting in a Denial of the Human Right to Justice to these victims lawfully pursuing their right to recompense.

Now whilst we while away the hours…another British Comedy of errors.

Wallace MP another eccentric inventor of ‘his‘ Democracy with his trusted canine friend Grabit a’la GeorgeIDS keep up this great musak hall tradition of Gilbert and Sullivan.

The Bugler first met Wallace in 2010 at an early day ‘surgery’ when, after Tory gerrymandering, which involved splitting Nigel Evans MP (whatever might be said of Nigel he was a very active MP for the Bugler) constituency in two  to allow a Scots Planter from north of the Border to take over this ‘new’ constituency which now incorporated, to his misfortune, the resident Bugler.

After giving the Bugler the ‘handshake’, this servant of the Crown gave the impression of just another diminutive bumptious Scot (What happened to all the Scots giants?) propped up with a prominent Guards tie.

Of course as a very brief and poor performer in the Guards (long enough to collect the badge) GIDS presumably works on the principle if he recruits enough of them into his government some of the very old glory may well rub off on him…a vanity too far.

GIDS was never a ‘front line man’ and would not recognise one if unfortunate to find himself there and if  he fell into it by accident…

Needless to say Wallace could do nothing but act as a messenger boy back to the Lancashire Freemasons which was the Bugler’s intent.

Captain Wallace, another horse lover, lately risen beyond his competence (a captaincy is automatically awarded for the endurance of 7 whole years) and beyond his comprehension(and others disbelief) and in his wildest dreams Wallace has the security of the whole Crown in his little hands.

On Monday Wallace had a 59 page document placed into these same little hands which caused him some disquiet.

Indeed such was his disquiet that he picked up the phone to his chum Drew Harris another Planter from Belfast who happens since September 2018 to be the Commissioner of An Garda Siochana for the Republic of Ireland, on a 5 year contract with  just under 1.9  years to run.

This has not been a successful appointment because, as ever, a consensus of trust in his bona fides does not exist , with justification, within the Citizens of the Republic as a whole, the Garda in particular, and this coalition government who it appears has no particular enthusiasm  to engage with Harris either and he knows it.

Up to this point the Republic of Ireland has had no role to play in the UK’s disabled Firefighters debacle, nor should it have in another sovereign State.

Other than as the Bugler knows to regularly welcome and protect the UK President of its Supreme Court Baron Reed to its shores at St.Stephens Green,  Dublin.

However Monday afternoon clearly in response to Wallace’s concerns, whatever those may be, though we shall see in detail shortly, TMB was the subject of two visits to its website by An Garda Siochana in Dublin.

At 17:44:22hrs, using a hand held wifi device, An Garda Siochana  had intimated using a proxy,   that they were in Naas Kildare a small town some 30kms southwest distant from Dublin.
But were in fact at Kevin Street District Garda Station in central Dublin just off St.Stephen’s Green.

At 17:57:45hrs this time using a desktop An Garda Siochana spent 22minutes 52 seconds reading a particular document.

One  wonders about several things…

Does An Garda Siochana always react so swiftly to a foreign security agent of another State, the UK ~ Wallace, who seemed to be capable of ordering the Irish Republic’s primary security agency into immediate action to investigate the public legitimate activities of an Irish Citizen?

Perhaps there was a threat to life? Whose life? In what circumstances? Perhaps in those circumstances this Irish Citizen’s Constitutional Rights, to be about his lawful occasion, could be over ridden? Tell us more…

Commissioner Harris and his Garda Siochana need to explain themselves publicly to the Houses of  Oireachtas Éireann so we can all be reassured that Oireachtas Éireann is indeed in charge of the Republic and that the safety of its lawful Citizens are free from external threat.

Perhaps the Oireachtas Éireann might care to ask Wallace and the UK Government why the PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland) an agency under the control of the UK Crown why they continue to tap Irish Citizen Bugler’s private phone calls, intercept his emails, and blunt force attack his website?

A ‘Wondrous Web’ of deceit, corruption; Judo/Political ‘Cronies’ in the ‘Dock of Public Scrutiny and Accountability’; innocent until proven otherwise but the Standard of Proof being the much fairer Scottish ‘system’;

‘Guilty‘ ~ ‘Not Proven’ (insufficient evidence one way or the other) ~ ‘Not Guilty’; Victim.

That which follows in another Current Affairs Volume is the sequence of involvement and consequences of the accumulated evidence and minimalistically the speculation used to join up the dots of corruption but for the moment let us look at the criminal charges which ought to be raised against the individual…

Where an individual believes they are unjustly accused the Bugler’s expectation is that this person will claim so by writing to the Bugler in defence of their role in this debacle and without redaction or censorship the Bugler will defend the TMB position and publish all the correspondence as open correspondence…
