• Injustice always breeds Revolution ~ the reawakening of Democracy half a century late;

• More Injustice ~ A Gross breach of Trust ;

The ‘Reawakening of Democracy’ is a half a Century late.

The golden age of Democracy was introduced in the late 1950’s by President John F. Kennedy, of Irish ancestry, who was a Man of his Time; indeed the Bugler’s preceding generation.

This was at a time when Europe was still giving up its horrific secrets of State implemented concentration and extermination camps though the first concentration camp was conceived by the British Empire in the South African (Boer) War where they were used pitilessly against the mighty Zulus…

President Kennedy grasped the mood of the world like no other could, or has since; he reached out to the hearts and minds of the youth of those times giving inspiration where there was none, and encouraging all to dream the impossible dreams of freedom and Justice and to grasp the future with unyielding optimism.

Not because it was easy to do, but perversely because it was difficult.

President Kennedy, and his brother Robert, brought especial hope to the downtrodden blacks of America, the oppressed of Soviet Europe, and those seeking Justice across this beautiful Planet.

One can surely say their joint fraternal vision and crusade cost them both their lives but they would recognise it was a price worth paying to take a ‘people’ from somnolent slavery, penury, wattle and daub huts, and the sugar and cotton fields, to the point repeatedly expressed by their Patriotic Leader, Dr.Martin Luther King, that He, They, and millions of others,  also… “Had A Dream”…

Today we live in a world of ‘sweetness and life’ where it is incumbent on us all to be huggy and caring; but it is a false world in which we ignore at our peril the continuing existence of those within the ranks of so called democrats who wish to corrupt us and Democracy with their self-serving sweet moneyed words meant to ignore and denigrate the faltering steps we take to push forward achievable improvements in Democracy, which is a pale wan child of its past glories.

We have become conditioned and groomed that all is well with Democracy when in fact it is terminally ill driven forward further into the bogs of corruption by thugs like Trump, his whimpering poodle Johnson, and Putin.

Who on the world stage today represents the Democratic vision for the world youth of tomorrow?

Only one, Professor Angela Merkel PhD springs to mind, a shrewd caring and thoughtful Lady of quiet vision, who hesitates not, to speak out, but thoughtfully.

Europe and Germany is so privileged to have her Leadership as she advances towards tomorrow whilst

bearing the responsibility for her Nation’s past, guaranteeing by her considered actions, that Germany’s  WWII disastrous history will never be allowed to repeat itself…

And so, when the Kennedys died their “Dream” died for the oppressed and discriminated against  around the world; and evil, corruption, and injustice had its new day, for over half a century.

Lately, and dramatically, we see before us a new vision, the awakening of a new day, with new young people of integrity and consciences who in spite of politicians, rather than because of them, want to change the world to a better place for all and especially those downtrodden they speak for.

If politicians fail to listen then revolution is the simple answer, in all its democratic and peaceful forms.

Let no one forget that freedom did not only exists on the WWII beaches, or in the hearts of released refugees from the concentration camps; it continues to exist on the streets of Montgomery Alabama; in Belfast and Derry, because a ‘no account’ people were, and still are prepared, to stand up and challenge, whatever the cost, the status quo that ‘might is always right’ ; when it never is.

So there is great renewed optimistic hope for Democracy and for us all as we see on the streets of the ‘Twin Cities’, across the US, and the world, that when no one listens and wrongs are not righted there is only one last place left to go, onto the streets, and then straight into the election voting booths shortly after; politicians ~ listen or learn…

The world is full of platitudes and their disappointing mantra chanters who speak from their comfortable worlds but who in their own insidious and duplicitous ways contribute to the status quo….duplicity where lies thy heart?

We live in the 21^st Century where it is insufficient to turn away; to remain silent; to ignore the unjust plights of others not of their making, but imposed on ‘them’ by their bigoted and oppressively corrupt fellow man…

There is a better way… we simply have to challenge those ways that are truly wrong and face them down; then and only then, can we return to hugging trees, and each other, in a world where true democracy actually exists…

What purpose is there in God’s great plan, and where and how does the death of an innocent black man, serve the world?

It serves the world if, like the Kennedys, by his death he changes it…

If Injustice is allowed to fester unaddressed and denied a voice, revolution will surely always follow…the answer must surely be …to incessantly attack injustice wherever it is to be found…a breach of trust is such an Injustice.

When a Firefighter signs on the dotted line to serve s/he does so on the intrinsic basis that they have trustingly signed away their lives, if needs be, in the service of others.

It matters little which UK Fire and Rescue Authority they sign up to because in law all are agents of, and representatives of the State, the current UK Government.

Firefighters have the reasonable expectation that should they be maimed or killed in the line of duty then the UK Government of the day will trustingly deliver their side of the ‘deal’ in pension terms to their survivors.

Pensions which Firefighters have paid significant contributions towards, a point regularly ignored by the Media, because the Firefighters will have honoured, if that was the price paid with their well-being or lives, their part of this ‘Contract’.

But that has not been the case for decades past where successive UK Governments of all political colours have knowingly breached trust with those who were prepared to be maimed or die for them.

If that personal breach was not enough, they then short changed Firefighters’ Widows, Partners, or child Beneficiaries of the meagre ‘Widows Half’ which they should in any case all have received in full measure.

Such a calculated and cynical act is not only de facto fraud, but morally indefensible.

For some in the cosy ‘insulated’ Judicial world it seems it is regarded as unseemly when we have the temerity to remind those who have the Sword and Scales of Justice placed in their hands, to hold in sacred trust for us, that the pragmatic reality is the world in which we exist.

Which is that Fire & Rescue Service Widows, Partners, and child Beneficiaries are forced to hunt at closing times in the supermarkets for the ‘bargains’; the cheaper cuts of meat; the ‘timed out meals’ ; and the ultimate obscenity, in the Food Banks; and to then use public transport, laden like beasts of burden, to arrive home where the heating is turned low or rationed, disdainfully exploiting the fact that these are dignified people of worth who always pay their way.

Through the decades of fraudulent default, mockingly ignoring the very Laws these Parliamentarians chose to enact, these stoically honourable ‘ordinary’ people have endured the sneering insult of delay and deceit and the perpetual indignity of being disparagingly cast aside as so much embarrassing detritus of a Government policy which disregards the worth of heroism which is to be used and then abandoned.

This abomination is the level to which Democracy has sunk in this so called ‘Mother of all Parliaments’.

But how can this organised and institutionalised fraud been achieved so easily?

The mathematics are simple and the civil servants who control them are just the lickspittles of their governments.

When, in this calculated multiple gross breach of trust, this UK Government, one of many of all political shades, underpays its disabled Firefighters on their injury pensions it does so knowing that the Widow’s Half pay is directly calculated from an already underpaid disabled Firefighter’s pension.

Then in ring fencing this calculated Fraud and Gross Breach of Trust, the Government places Three bureaucratic hurdles, it has created, under its control and direction, on the path to Justice.

Namely, The Pension Regulator(who has not the slightest interest in the single pension saver woes); The Pension Ombudsman(Himself a holder of 28 pension investments ~ how is that for the impartiality he claims for the TPO?) the departmental lead and proactive arm of institutionalised fraud for HMT to delay and deny just recompense by any means fair or foul.

And in a whimsy only the British Government could be proud of, to make sure the Taxpayers/Pensioner pays for this Civil Service staffed bureaucratic anathema to fair play.

Finally, they create and control a DWP Select Committee in Parliament on which they place Junior Ministers with personal vested interests in the pension ‘industry’.

All the while protecting themselves individually and collectively with grandiose statements of disinterest when a ‘mere’ pensioner’s dispute is placed individually and collectively before them; a pensioner who may well represent thousands of other victims of fraud, by their Government no less, which spends its time witch hunting the headline grabbing big money thieves of pension funds whilst its Members snuffle their snouts through the Taxpayers’ gravy trough.

The new DWP SelCom Chair Rt Hon Stephen Timms MP(Lab) fulfils the career ‘golden rule’ which is always to follow a failure, and what a failure Frank Field DL(Lab) ultimately turned out to be.

A pontificating poser who masqueraded as a ‘working class lad’ from Birkenhead who was in fact a Londoner who never had the remotest interest in ‘working class’ pensioners even though he was a leading light in a ‘working class’ Labour Party?

After electoral defeat Field became the founder of the ‘Birkenhead Social Justice Party’ but first surely he must remove the mote from his own eye? As a Londoner and a Conservative we must not forget it was he who ‘crossed the floor’ when the political climate suited his flexible ideas of social justice…a pretender with a swinging moral compass…sometimes described in the ‘House’ as political prostitution by any other name.

Apparently Mr. Timms, a former Chair of ‘Christians on the Left’, which surely bemuses all of us ‘Christians on the Right’, wherever that might be, who was actually at HMT and presided over this institutionalised fraud of Fire Service disabled pensioners in 1994 as Chief Secretary to the Treasury and Financial Secretary to the Treasury no less.  

Now as the fox in the DWP accounting henhouse we must surely expect with his  ‘born again Christian’ credentials preceding him the expectation must be that he will practice what he preaches?

Now for the second time ‘around the houses’ bearing the legion of honour as ‘Faith Envoy’ of the (New;new;new;new) Labour Party this Lancashire likely lad risen to fame through Corpus(Cambridge) promptly forgetting his  ‘Aah told ‘em Oldham’ heritage (decent people where the Bugler served) and will live up to his latest nativity by the honest treatment of defrauded disabled pensioner standing before him with their begging bowls?

When, in killing Four birds with one stone, the Government short changes the disabled Firefighter; Widow; or Partner; and its Beneficiary children ; a four win situation for Her Majesty’s Treasury…it is always about money.

British Governments have in spite of the hypocritical cant they espouse always put a low price on the heros or heroines who served them, unlike the ‘warriors’ of other nations.

This is how the British Government deceives and cheats their ‘little people’ and its disabled ‘warriors’ by throwing them all on the human scrap heap because they assume that these worthless ‘nobodies’ have neither the will nor money to fight them; and upon both counts they will be wrong because there is the UK Supreme Court; and then if that does not recognise the Law and Justice there are the European Courts because all this debacle of deceit and curmudgeon originated under successive UK Governments whilst the UK was still a Member of the EU…

Now it is time to write the next chapter of the ‘A Journey of Truth’ featuring disabled FSV~FG from the inception of his pension dispute until today, wherein it lies, sub-judice for the moment, inside the second Citadel of Justice before a learned Lady Judge  of the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Court of England and Wales Appeals(Chancery Division).

The First Citadel, in Belfast, treated us with generous humanity in a dignified atmosphere of true Justice and compassion, and although its result was not unexpected its benefits were; so let us see how the Second Citadel treats us? Go Here.
