• Disabled FSV-PRJ’s PRF – A clerk’s worst nightmare;

Previously the Bugler has touched briefly on the publicly hidden and distasteful circumstances surrounding the scurrilous activities of this clerk Warren’s criminal activities as they relate to the odious and unlawful manner under which he forced disabled FSV-PRJ to leave the LFRS.

But for the present these episodes should remain undisclosed if only for the continued well-being of disabled FSV-PRJ and the returning tranquility of his family life.

However FSV-PRJ’s courage is not in question and his resolve remains undaunted whilst continuing to pursue the objective of the release of his PRF with its appalling contents which this clerk is not only aware of but was the principle author and contributor to.

Of such things are nightmares made, which indubitably return to haunt their evil creators…

This clerk as the lawfully appointed LFRS Pension Scheme manager is required to comply with the law.

In a statement on the record, which says it all, he expressed the opinion, whilst forcing disabled FSV-PRJ out of the Service and when challenged about the unlawful vicious and brutal pension decisions which he was cruelly imposing on disabled FSV-PRJ(and by natural extension his family) why he was doing so, he replied …  "because you don’t deserve it"…

Little wonder that this clerk will pay any price to prevent the release and publication of this PRF with its explosive contents, including as the Bugler has repeatedly warned, the sacrifice of anyone who can contribute to the saving of his freedom, his employment, and ultimately ironically his own pension.

Once more the Bugler reminds and warns those in close contact with Warren that he has a confirmed propensity for exploring the nature of any person he comes in professional contact with.

He identifies their human weaknesses and traits accumulating their frailties as leveraging weapons to be used against them later in controlling, manipulating, and blackmailing them when it suits his nefarious purposes.

He does this while appearing to remain in the background though enjoyably watching his control in action.

To him this is all a gratifying vicious game but such are nature of the such creatures who are regularly found at the workplace.

So is all of this is just so much hyperbole with journalistic licence?

Having sown the wind Warren clearly now faces his own whirlwind but he is prepared to risk everyone around him and the ultimate imposition of a fine both corporate and individual of up to £0.5mil by the Information Commissioner for failing the mandate imposed on him and the LFRS to release these PRF’s.

We have seen this clerk unhesitatingly sacrifice Hamilton and then Gardiner the question is who will be next?

In his latest denial to supply disabled FSV-PRJ with his PRF this clerk in justification informs him that not only did the LFRS not receive his Recorded Delivery application(Perhaps he ought to ask CC DeMolfetta did he receive his RD copy?) but the LFRS did not cash the £10 cheque contained therein?

One wonders why the Bugler turned up at SHQ?

Next in more contradiction and implausability he states that he has taken legal advice to justify this latest refusal but he does not state or quote either the case law or the legal authority on which he will depend when defending his refusal against the Information Commissioner’s legal insistence.

Perhaps he asked the LFRS solicitor Harold?

But this is also just so much more fantasy because wisely Harold , unless he is still off work suffering from stress, will be cowering in his locked office well away from Warren because he knows when it comes time for the exposé of their collective criminal activities in County Court Warren is bound to be sent down and Harold may well be lucky to escape with his freedom, but certainly without his licence to practice from the Solicitors Regulation Authority for his professional impropriety and misconduct.

When, not if, Warren goes down he will take everyone he can with him…

When the Bugler went to collect disabled FSV-PRJ PRF Warren had already made his denial moves to the detriment of all those around him, not that that would concern him in the slightest in any event.

On that particular day rather than face the inevitable Warren took himself off home with disabled FSV-PRJ PRFiles and when the time came for Hutchinson to collect it for handover it was nowhere to be found and Hutchinson knew in today’s parlance that she would ‘have to wing it’ which she did by deceitfully carrying a small file as though it represented the PRF to be handed over.

Hutchinson initially concluded that this was a simple error on Warren’s part but eventually when the penny dropped she will have concluded that Warren predictably and cynically set her up.

A devious manipulation she is really is going to have to get used to because it is going to recur.

She was not alone in all this duplicity but she was left with no option but to refuse to handover the PRF whilst finding a plausible excuse for not doing so hence the invention that 'the procedures' demanded a personally signed authorisation by disabled FSV-PRJ.

When the Bugler pointed out to her that she already had the authorisation the day before and that she had not raised any objections regarding its authenticity then Hutchinson was left with no where to go but nevertheless she still had to refuse to handover a PRF, a PRF she did not actually have in her possession at that point.

And so at the second reappearance of the Bugler at SHQ on that day she could only seek to hide behind her inventive procedure and story and find her first dupe Mattinson with her cock and bull story.

The problem deepened and ran out of her control when the Bugler insisted on speaking with her second dupe ACO Russel who was completely unaware that Warren had set up all this debacle and was nowhere to be seen though he had informed ACO Russel in a cover story that he was going to Manchester when in fact he lives in Stockport Manchester.

Perhaps having reflected on all that went on Hutchinson, Mattinson, and ACO Russel will have by now concluded that not only were they cynically exploited to serve Warren’s self-protection but as a consequence they have all suffered a humiliating public embarrassment being seen, unfairly, as complicitors to Warren’s deceit.

This was a salutary but cheap lesson in every sense of the word cheap but the final lesson surely will be that when accounting time comes for Warren those he has corrupted with their willing consent and who are thus associated and involved with him will indeed pay a heavy price which simply confirms the Bugler’s prediction that when Warren goes down, as he will, he will take all those he has corrupted with him…
