| HICFRS Report~A Golden Opportunity Missed |
| The Bugler decided to ‘review’ this masterly Report only to admit defeat at the 5th page! Perhaps that was the intention? They could not even produce the document correctly. Perhaps they got a spare plod to do it for them? This so called Report ranges continually between the oxymoronic and undiluted gibberish by an author who has failed to, or lost, how to grasp the command of plain English.His contradictions are legion and from the greater depths of something he laughingly calls his mind he writes of the need to have a “Fire Service College”. Well there is rather large sign with these very words still written on it near Moreton-in-Marsh but no Fire Officer [we do not have ‘Officers’ any more] or Firefighters ever go there since clown Prescott gave it away for £10million at the turn of the last Century! There is a village with a large hand pump to squirt water missing the village idiot who normally provides the motive power…he calls himself an “Inspector” these days…maybe its Clouseau or clueless? We all despair… |

Recently the BBC highlighted a HICFRS Report on the Fire & Rescue Service. It also provided an Editorial of sorts from one of its correspondents a Ms. Judith Burns. If one reads Government Report after Report, mostly all written by female journalists who without exception have all deliberately failed to, or deliberately chosen to avoid the mention of the ‘F’ word, Freemasonry, because the BBC management has more than its fair share of ‘Elephants in the Room’ itself. As my regular and greatly valued Readers will by now know I served 36.5 years in this Service rising [eventually] to a senior rank. I know all about discrimination and being a second class Citizen [Being Irish worked against any ambition I might have had] within a visibly corrupt Fire & Rescue Service in the over 3 decades. I lived discrimination. Latterly I had female Firefighters serving under my Operational Command who were, excellent, good, and mediocre if I permitted the latter category to exist, and that was as it should be; nor did these females or any other gender receive any preferential treatment from me which I am sure was also their desire. I was disappointed with Ms.Burns’s work. She failed as so many have failed before her when it came to the big question of journalistic courage which she is required to have. A courage which female Firefighters are also required to, and do have, and which Ms. Burns must have to claim, if she does so, that she is a frontline fighter for ‘Freedom of the Press’ and in parallel with female Firefighters who demonstrate this vocation on a daily basis if they are to claim their Human Right to their God Give Rights of the fulfillment of their careers and ambitions. Surely Ms. Burns will know by now that these female Firefighters are prepared to pay their final price for her and their expectation of her is that she will, with the powerful tools at her disposal, fight for them? But rather sadly and knowingly Ms.Burns glanced fearfully over her career shoulder and kow-towed, not before the virtue of the Freedom of the Press but like so many other women journalists before her she failed to mention the ‘Elephant in the Room’, the “F” word in the FRS, Freemasonry with its perpetual stench of corrupt control over those they do not see females as one of ‘them’; some of the male alpha Firefighters, a moronic clique. |

Disappointingly Ms.Burns avoided the truth instead using polite euphemisms ‘the boys club’ a corrupt and corrupting organisation which is ‘agin’ anything remotely to do with the advance of civilised decency.
He it was, as one of ‘boys’, who took the handshake for a leg up to where he is today with his faux shock and horror as he continues to chase the prize of the top appointment at HMICFRS. Here is a little insight. One of his decorations is the QFSM [Queens Fire Service Medal]. It is only ever awarded to an active Freemason until the Women’s Movement broke the duck with the Commissioner of the LFB and what an atrocious failure she was, setting back the little that had been achieved … Positive Discrimination or Positive Enlightenment will never work and worse, throughout the world, has been regularly been demonstrated not to work. To earn the respect of those you Command the time has to be served and this great virtue of Given Respect has to be earned the hard way, with the hard slog from the bottom up. Equality means being equal at the bottom, middle, and not exclusively at the top, because with it comes ultimate responsibility and ultimate accountability to the horror of many female ‘leaders’. When the Women’s Movement summon up the courage to use the “F” word factually and regularly whilst pointing the evidential finger at Freemason’s brass necked corruption only then will women and ethnic groups be fully free in this FRS to pursue their God given Rights and Ambitions. The removal of established pernicious misbehavior requires untrammeled moral leadership and never comes without a personal price, and which must never be inhibited by secret handshakes, nods, winks, and smirks. Should Ms.Burns be minded to properly educate herself about corruption in the FRS can I suggest she reads my work and plagiarise it to her heart’s content. Shortly I will publish an extensive exposé of the criminal defrauding of disabled Firefighters, Widows and Beneficiaries in the Lancashire FRS and nationwide to the value of -25% and tune of £5Billion in overdue pensions since 1992 all with aiding and abetting government Ministers and their ‘easy at any price’ senior Judiciary… |
Surely she knew about the lead author of this report Roy Wilsher [one of the boys] who said he was “shocked and appalled”. Wilsher is a complete hypocrite and apostate of any woman in the FRS.
