• Enforced ‘retirement’ of Rt Hon Lord Chief Justice Lord Burnett of Maldon PC;

• Appointment of Rt Hon Justice Dame S. Carr DBE, PC; First Lady Chief Justice;

• Sunak’s  Sacking ~ Demotion ~ Transfer List ;

• The Metropolitan Police Commissioner and the  UK Serious Fraud Office.

During these past years there can be no excuse for Burnett’s general lax stupidity because in his ‘3 monkey’ arrogance he was kept constantly informed by his chum the last Master of the Rolls Rt Hon Lord Etherton PC KC to pay attention as the Bugler forged forward to extract Justice from the crooks Burnett  surrounded himself with.

Of course the Rt Hon Lord Etherton PC is as we know not a well man and having paid off his debt to his chum Burnett for having supported the promotion of a gay man it seems unlikely the new Rt Hon Lady Chief Justice Dame Sue Parr PC DBE would wish to avail herself of his services?

Both Reed and Vos, the latter having a huge amount to lose, will keep for another day until they have served the Bugler’s purpose and their respective final functions in this Conspiracy to Defraud.

Then its chains, the plank, and the deep six…

Both Justices were deeply involved in the Conspiracy to circumvent the just pension payments to 11,000 disabled Firefighters and their 30,000 Beneficiaries since 1992.

And so the Bugler bids the new Lady Chief Justice Dame Sue Lascelles Carr, Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill, DBE, PC., a formal welcome.

Judicial work is rather like Fire & Rescue work you are only allowed one error of Judgment as the unfortunate young Lady Justice Falk found out to her cost. But it was not an error of Judgement but rather a correct change of mind.

This was when corruption and criminality arrived, at the insistence of Vos and Reed, in the form of Justice Fancourt who was ‘parachuted’ in to ensure Justice Falk did not ‘change her mind’ and she was publicly humiliated by being dumped.

This was an appalling and hurtful injustice the new LCJ really ought to look at?

Should the LCJ  have Burnett, Reed, Vos, and Fancourt arrested for this corruption alone? A Bench Warrant will do nicely. By a Metropolitan Police Commissioner, who currently owes no politicians nor Judiciary any favours with charges for Corruption in Public Office,  Criminal Conspiracy to Defraud, and the Fraud of 11,000 disabled Firefighters and their 30,000 Beneficiaries who the Bugler represents?

The Bugler predicted that all this political whirlwind surrounding Duncan Smith and his ultra right wing Fascist  ‘putsch gang’ led by ‘muscles’ Francois would all end in tears and indeed it has.

When viewed from afar international political commentators, particularly pan Europe, have expressed views on current British politics ranging from alarm, to concern, to unrestrained hilarity, to anti Imperialistic satisfaction.

Ordinary folk worldwide just think the English Conservative Party has imploded in a paroxysm of contagious Julius Ceasarism where there are more † daggers ‡ than backs to use them on.

Historians have rightly identified long ago that this is how all Imperialism ends and thus it was predictably England’s turn.

Perhaps when all this ends, because it is not quite over yet, England will arrive at the 21st Century somewhat chastened and forced to take a good look at its destiny, and where the new England is headed with its new diverse boat population?

Who knows, “For the times they are a changing…”.

Meantime the political casualties mount up…

Rt Hon Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg PC MP [It is a mockery to write ‘Right Honourable’ again and again] was among the first to go from Smith’s gang but he will not be the last as the Conservative Party Grandees woke up to the fact that if they did not soon start and continue with their own purge then their Party was finished.

Perhaps it is already too late?

As we have seen, and will see more from our limited perspective, desperate circumstances require desperate measures with the return of recently enobled Lord Cameron of Chipping Norton. More ‘parachuting’?

But the clock still ticks remorselessly down to Tuesday the 28th January 2025 the next General Election.

How desperate to succeed must Duncan Smith have been with his personal ‘coup d’tat’ when he recruited the likes of Rees-Mogg and even more desperate when he had to throw him under a bus. A pair of deranged politicians who would be  known in Ireland as a pair of  ‘head cases’, though Americans with more vigour would call Rees-Mogg a religious nut.

Rees-Mogg was was deeply involved in the Conspiracy to circumvent the payments of pension entitlements to 11,000 disabled Firefighters and their 30,000 Beneficiaries since 1992.. 

Rt Hon [another mockery] Dr. Thérèse Coffey PhD PC MP. Literally on her way out following her first demotion en route to her ignominious rural hubris in Suffolk Costal which she will not, and was not, enjoying.

One who pity and compassion would be wasted on.
The problem Coffey has as a person is that she was theologically educated to know right from wrong. Yet throughout her period in public office has capriciously practiced what she knows to be very terribly wrong but in perversity on those least able to defend themselves.
A troubled creature who is universally recognised and clearly enjoys the terrible reputation she has built for and by herself.

Clearly someone in the ‘Old Tory Guard’ identified her corrupt and corrupting influence on her political colleagues particularly those junior to her in the Party and her effect on the 11,000 disabled Firefighters and their 30,000 Beneficiaries.

Near the political end, which was clearly on its way, Coffey made some extraordinary statements about the weather to the public hilarity of her farming constituents.Townies ‘think’ like that…

When the political sacking came it came quite unusually ruthlessly with not even the slightest veneer of Party loyalty nor civility. It would be quite extraordinary if her Constituency Party selected her for the next General Election. Coffey made enemies by the score on the way up, a fundamental error of life, never mind politics.

Coffey was also deeply involved in the Conspiracy to circumvent the payments of pension entitlements to 11,000 disabled Firefighters and their 30,000 Beneficiaries since 1992.

It is doubtful she will even notice except the loss of the Ministerial pool car and the ‘freebies’ which is only the beginning of a cruel lonely odyssey which she deserves. Who knows this snob may yet find herself in jail among the ‘proles’ she so obviously found repugnant…

So she sowed and thus was she reaped…

Junior Minister Mr.Guy Opperman KC MP, was a long serving Under Secretary of State at the DWP where he was colloquially known as the ‘Pensions Minister’ and then for a brief period in the current Sunak Government a State Minister [For Employment] until recently demoted by Sunak and transferred to the Department of Transport. Perhaps outbound for Rwanda the Gulag of British politics?

Before entering politics Mr. Opperman was a jobbing barrister of considerable talent principally engaged in pro bono Human Rights defence work where clients were unable to pay for themselves.

At one point in time he was passed a serious health personal Cross to bear as an ethereal warning which he bore manfully until recovery, doing charitable work for others as he progressed.

Given these admirable qualities and being of exemplary good character Mr. Opperman extraordinarily lost his way and fell from grace into bad company among corrupting thieves and malignant manipulators in the ultra right wing Fascists persons of Duncan Smith, Francois, Rees-Mogg, and Coffey.

Opperman was also deeply involved in the Conspiracy to circumvent the payments of pension entitlements to 11,000 disabled Firefighters and their 30,000 Beneficiaries since 1992.

Perhaps there is yet still time for his political and moral Redemption? Time will indeed tell…
