This Volume at a Glance:

• FSV-RRB More LFRS Smoke and Mirrors, and now the breaking down of doors?;

• FSV-RRB – his LFRS PRFiles and the Information Commissioner;

• FSV-RRB – the LFRS unlawful deduction of his Retirement Allowance and the Pensions Ombudsman.

Just over a year ago when we left FSV-RRB he was doggedly continuing to layout his guideline into the smoke and mirrors of the LFRS; the Information Commissioner; and now the Pensions Ombudsman in pursuit  of his long denied Personal Record Files which he had applied for in 2010, almost 5 years ago, and the significant matter of the unlawful deduction of his Retirement Allowance from his Injury Award.

Personal Record Files which would enable him to ensure the truth of the matter in respect of calculating his own pensions in order to verify whether or not for the last 20 years he had been paid the correct pensions?

In parallel FSV-RRB required an answer why, in spite of presenting the alleged LFRS Scheme manager Warren with the black and white evidence to the contrary, his Retirement Allowance was and is being unlawfully deducted from his Injury Award? 

After exhausting the two Stages of the  IDRProcedure at the LFRS which was not particularly difficult because in spite of the hand delivery of these essential documents he only ever received one reply from Warren, not even the Statute bound Fire Authority Committee, stating his

vacuous “Determination” a word which he picked up and pompously misused from his chum King the Pensions Ombudsman and his other chum White at the Information Commissioner’s Office all of which amounted to ‘I will because I can’ and so FSV-RRB proceeded to lodge a Complaint with the new Pensions Ombudsman.

There has of course been the usual dilatory responses from the ICO, and now eventually after a long ‘holiday’ from a junior ‘investigator’ at the Pensions Ombudsman Office.

But before proceeding to report further on the  ‘activities’ of the preceding year Readers might like to take a few minutes to refresh their memories on why Warren continues to victimise FSV-RRB and to attempt to intimidate him whilst keeping him firmly on Warren’s ‘Hardship Route’.Go Here.
